The starting point

A growing dental and diagnostic clinic in Mirpur. Strong word-of-mouth and a reasonable local reputation, but a Google Business Profile with only a handful of photos, 8 reviews, an average WhatsApp response time of over 6 hours, and a website that didn't ask for an appointment anywhere above the fold.

What we changed

What happened
