Common questions
Do you take equity in projects?
By default no — we operate on a fee basis so incentives stay clean. We will consider co-investment or revenue-share on selected projects after the Operating Partner engagement, on transparent terms.
How do you vet partners?
Reputation in the local market, document verification, references, and a track record check. We will say no if a partner fails our checks.
Can you raise capital for me?
We don't run regulated investment fundraises. We build the deck and intro you to our small UK-Kashmiri investor network — they decide if they invest, on their own due diligence.
What if my idea won't work?
We'll tell you in the Validation Sprint, and refund a portion if appropriate. We'd rather lose a £3,500 engagement than send a founder into a £350,000 mistake.
