Accessibility statement

This site should work for everyone.

Thrive Mirpur targets WCAG 2.2 AA across the public website. Accessibility is a direction of travel as much as a checklist — here is what the site does today, what we know needs work, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

What the site does

Built-in accessibility measures.

  • Keyboard navigation with a visible focus style throughout
  • A skip-to-content link on every page
  • Semantic headings and landmark structure
  • Labelled form controls with clear required-field marking
  • Meaningful alt text policy for informative images
  • Colour contrast designed to AA, with status never conveyed by colour alone
  • Reduced-motion preference honoured — animations disable
  • Touch targets sized for mobile use
  • Content readable and operable without JavaScript for core information
  • Responsive layouts down to small handsets
Known limitations

Where we know work remains.

  • Some decorative SVG illustrations are hidden from assistive technology rather than described — informative images take priority for alt text
  • Third-party embeds (maps, social content), where used, may not meet the same standard; we keep them behind user action where possible
  • PDFs and downloadable documents produced before this statement may not be fully tagged
  • Important video content will ship with captions or transcripts as it is produced
Report a barrier

If something blocks you, we want to know.

Email hello@thrivemirpur.co.uk with the page address and what happened — or message WhatsApp +92 330 0350997, voice notes welcome. We acknowledge within one business day, and accessibility reports go into the fix queue with priority.
