Team & mentors

Named people, published when they are real.

A platform about verification has to verify itself. Team and mentor profiles are published here as each is confirmed — with real biographies, real credentials and real roles. No stock faces, no invented titles, no "full bio coming".

How work is staffed

Three rules govern every engagement.

Senior-led delivery

Commercial client work — growth campaigns, software builds, venture support — is delivered and quality-controlled by senior staff. Learners never carry unsupervised production responsibility.

Named instructors per cohort

Every training cohort and internship track is announced with its named instructor or mentor and a real biography — before applications open, or not at all.

Published boundaries

Mentor conduct, student ownership, intern protections and integrity rules are published policies, not private customs: see the FYP integrity policy and internship policy.

Mentor standards

What we require before anyone mentors here.

  • Genuine commercial experience in the skill they mentor — practitioners, not just presenters
  • A real, verifiable biography published with their cohort or track
  • Capacity honestly assessed — no mentor is stretched across more learners than they can review weekly
  • Agreement to the code of conduct, communication rules and safeguarding expectations
  • Written feedback habits: reviews, rubric scores and records, not vibes

Why this page has no photo grid yet

Because publishing placeholder biographies would break the platform’s first rule. Founder and team profiles are being prepared for publication with verified details, and mentor profiles appear as each cohort or track is announced. If you need to know who you would be working with before engaging — ask, and you will be told directly.

Work with us

Practitioners: the door is open.

We are building a bench of instructors and mentors for training cohorts, internship tracks and FYP mentorship — paid, credited and supported. If you have real experience and can teach it honestly, introduce yourself.

Want to know exactly who you would work with?

Ask. Client engagements name their delivery lead before contracts; cohorts name their instructor before applications. That is the standard.
