Named instructors per cohort
Every training cohort and internship track is announced with its named instructor or mentor and a real biography — before applications open, or not at all.
Published boundaries
Mentor conduct, student ownership, intern protections and integrity rules are published policies, not private customs: see the FYP integrity policy and internship policy.
Mentor standards
What we require before anyone mentors here.
- Genuine commercial experience in the skill they mentor — practitioners, not just presenters
- A real, verifiable biography published with their cohort or track
- Capacity honestly assessed — no mentor is stretched across more learners than they can review weekly
- Agreement to the code of conduct, communication rules and safeguarding expectations
- Written feedback habits: reviews, rubric scores and records, not vibes
