Thrive Skills

Practical IT training in Mirpur — built on real client work.

Structured programmes taught by practitioners, 20% concepts, 50% guided practice, 30% assessed proof. Every programme publishes its full curriculum, honest terms and what it will never promise — compare them all below.

Why Thrive Skills exists

Tutorials teach syntax. Nobody hires syntax.

Mirpur has talent, universities and demand — and a gap between them: scattered tutorials, courses without practice, certificates without assessment. Thrive Skills trains against the standard our own client work is delivered to.

Practice on real standards

Exercises and capstones mirror genuine briefs from the Thrive Growth and Thrive Systems pipeline — reviewed the way client work is reviewed.

Mentors, not just lectures

Weekly feedback on your actual work from people who do this commercially. Cohorts are capped so critique stays personal.

Proof you can verify

Deployed projects, documented campaigns, assessed portfolios — evidence that survives an interviewer’s questions, plus honest certificates.

The career pathway

Training is step one of a ladder — every rung assessed.

The pathway from first session to paid work is published, gated and honest. Completion of one stage earns the right to attempt the next, never a guarantee of it.

Free orientation or skills assessment

Find the right programme — or hear honestly that you do not need one yet.

Practical training programme

Mentor-led cohort with weekly practice and critique.

Portfolio or capstone review

Assessed proof: a deployed build, case studies or a measured campaign.

Internship skills gate

A track-specific assessment, portfolio review, conduct check and capacity confirmation.

Supervised internship

8–12 weeks of mentored, structured work with a published status and terms.

Verified talent pool

A verified skills record employers can trust.

Junior role, freelance work or startup team

Interviews, referrals and Innovation Lab pathways — earned on evidence.

What the ladder is not

Training completion does not guarantee an internship. Internship completion does not guarantee a job. Each stage is gated on assessed work, conduct and real capacity — because a pathway you can buy your way through would be worthless to employers, and therefore to you.

What is guaranteed

Published curricula. Named instructors before applications open. Honest fees with written terms before payment. Real feedback, recorded assessment, and certificates that say exactly what they mean.

Quality rules

Every programme page must show you all of this.

Published quality rules, so you can hold us to them — and compare any other institute against the same list.

  • Exact programme name, level and prerequisites
  • Who it is for — and who it is not for
  • Instructor name and real biography (per cohort)
  • Start date and application deadline (per cohort)
  • Duration, weekly commitment and delivery mode
  • Complete module-by-module curriculum
  • Tools you will actually use
  • Portfolio or capstone outcome
  • Assessment method
  • Fee and payment options before any payment
  • Refund and transfer policy
  • Exact certificate wording
  • Internship eligibility rule — not a guarantee
  • A plain statement that jobs and income are not guaranteed
Questions

Asked by almost every applicant.

Which course should I start with?

Take the fit assessment on the programme closest to your goal. If you are torn between development and design, or marketing and e-commerce, say so in the form — the recommendation is part of the service and costs nothing.

Why are there no cohort dates on the site?

Because we only publish dates once the instructor, schedule, seats and fee are confirmed. "Coming soon" enrolment pages with imaginary batches are exactly the practice this platform exists to replace. Interest-list members hear first.

I am a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Yes — flagship programmes start at foundations. What matters is weekly time, consistency and willingness to be critiqued. The fit assessment is designed to check that honestly.

Can my employer sponsor seats or request custom training?

Yes — employer-sponsored seats and custom team training are part of the model. Use the partnership page to start that conversation.

Join the interest list

Take the two-minute fit assessment.

Cohort dates, the named instructor, fees and seat counts are published to the interest list first — and nothing is published until they are confirmed. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
