Thrive Skills · Flagship programme

The digital marketing course built on the campaigns we actually run.

Ten to twelve weeks, taught by the playbook Thrive Growth uses for real Mirpur and UK clients. You finish with a measured local or UK-facing campaign, a documented strategy and a reporting dashboard — not screenshots of vanity metrics.

Who it is for

Read both lists before applying.

This programme fits you if

  • You want measurable marketing skills — search, ads, analytics — not "posting"
  • You will work on a real local business problem during the course
  • You are comfortable with numbers: budgets, conversion rates, reports
  • You want to serve Mirpur businesses or UK-facing campaigns credibly

It is not for you if

  • You want growth-hack tricks, fake reviews or WhatsApp blasting — we do not teach them, ever
  • You expect clients to be handed to you at the end
  • You are not willing to write and present reports
How you will learn

20% concepts. 50% guided practice. 30% proof.

Every Thrive Skills programme follows the same practical model: short concept sessions, long supervised practice with mentor feedback, and assessed proof — because employers hire evidence, not attendance.

20% — concepts

Foundations, terminology and live demonstrations. Enough theory to make the practice make sense — never lecture marathons.

50% — guided practice

Labs, exercises, critiques and mentor feedback on your actual work, week after week. This is where the skill forms.

30% — proof

A real, measured campaign — strategy document, execution, conversion tracking and a reporting dashboard you can show an employer or client.

Assessment

How completion is actually judged.

"Assessed completion" means exactly that. Your certificate reflects evidence, reviewed by the instructor and recorded against the programme rubric.

Tools you will work with: Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Meta and Google Ads accounts (sandboxed), analytics and reporting dashboards.

Assessment evidence

  • Weekly lab and tool exercises
  • Search-intent map for a real business
  • Campaign strategy document
  • Landing page and tracking setup
  • Campaign results honestly reported
  • Final campaign presentation
The fine print, up front

Fees, certificates and what we will never promise.

Fees & scholarships

Fees are published with each cohort announcement — in PKR, with instalment plans and a limited number of scholarship or sponsored seats where partners fund them. No fee is collected until you hold a written offer showing the full amount, payment plan and refund and transfer rules.

Certificate wording

Certificates state participation or assessed completion — exactly what was measured. We do not call any programme "accredited" or "government approved" unless a formal approval exists and can be verified. Public certificate verification goes live with the first completing cohort.

No guaranteed jobs

Completing Digital Marketing makes you eligible to attempt the internship skills gate — it does not guarantee an internship, a job, clients or income, and we will never tell you otherwise. What we do promise: real practice, honest feedback and verifiable proof of what you can do.

Questions

Before you join the list.

When does the next cohort start?

Dates are announced to the interest list first, and only once the instructor, schedule and seat count are confirmed. We publish no dates we cannot stand behind — join the list and you will hear the moment it is real.

Who teaches this programme?

Every cohort is announced with its named instructor and a real biography — practitioners who do this work commercially, not just teach it. We never publish "instructor to be confirmed" enrolment pages, which is why applications open per cohort rather than year-round.

What does it cost?

The fee, instalment options and any scholarship seats are published with the cohort announcement and confirmed in writing before any payment. Refund and transfer rules are in the training terms.

Will I get an internship afterwards?

Completing the programme makes you eligible to attempt the Thrive Launchpad skills gate. Admission depends on your assessed work, a portfolio review, conduct and mentor capacity — it is earned, not automatic.

Will we spend real ad budget?

Course exercises use sandboxed setups; where a real business partner provides a small live budget, it is managed with the mentor and reported transparently. You will never be asked to fund client campaigns from your own pocket.

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimisation — making a business visible and correctly represented in AI-powered search and assistants. The module covers entity clarity, structured answers, original evidence, and monitoring AI referral traffic.
