A showcase where every project says exactly whose work it is.
Portfolios die the moment a viewer doubts one project. The showcase exists to make Thrive-ecosystem work credible: verified, consented and labelled — student capstone, mentored FYP, internship exercise, prototype or commercial delivery.
Six ownership labels. Every project wears one.
The labels prevent two dishonesties at once: student exercises dressed up as paid client systems, and mentor-heavy work presented as entirely student-built. Employers can trust what they see; students get credit for exactly what they did — which, done well, is impressive enough.
What every showcased project must include.
- Project title and the problem it addresses
- Ownership and named contributors
- The mentor’s role, stated plainly
- Programme, FYP or commercial label
- Technology or methods used
- Evidence and screenshots
- A live link only if safe and maintained
- Date and current status
- Recorded permission to publish
- A clear note when data shown is simulated or anonymised
Why it launches empty
The showcase publishes only verified, consented work — so it fills as the first cohorts, challenges and mentored projects complete. An empty honest showcase today is worth more than a full fake one, because in six months only one of them can exist.
Worth knowing.
Can I submit past personal projects?
The showcase covers work produced through the Thrive ecosystem, where mentors can verify what happened. Personal projects belong in your own portfolio — and our training teaches you to present them well.
Can employers contact people from the showcase?
Via the talent pool and partnership routes, with the person’s consent — never scraped contact details. See the talent pool.
Bring the problem. We will help you test it.
