Training terms: the framework every cohort follows.

Each cohort’s complete terms — fee, schedule, instructor, refund specifics — are issued in writing with its announcement and confirmed in your offer before any payment. This page publishes the framework those terms must follow.

Fees

How fees work, always.

  • The full fee, currency (PKR; GBP only where a UK-remote option is announced) and payment schedule appear in the cohort announcement and your written offer
  • Instalment plans are supported where announced — the plan is in the offer, not negotiated after enrolment
  • Scholarship or sponsored seats, where available, are stated with their conditions in the announcement
  • No payment is collected before you hold the written offer with these terms
  • Media or exam costs charged by third parties are never hidden inside the fee — if any exist, they are itemised
Refunds & transfers

The principles every cohort’s policy must honour.

Refund principles

  • A cancelled cohort refunds fees paid, in full
  • A materially changed cohort (instructor, schedule, mode) reopens your decision: continue, transfer or refund per the offer terms
  • Early-withdrawal refund windows and amounts are stated per cohort, in the offer, before payment
  • Refund requests are acknowledged within one business day and resolved within the timeframe in your offer

Transfer principles

  • Transfers to a later cohort of the same programme are supported where seats exist, per the offer terms
  • A transfer preserves fees paid; any fee difference is settled transparently
  • One documented transfer per enrolment is the default unless your offer says otherwise
Conduct & completion

What we expect, and what you can expect.

Learners agree to

  • Attendance and participation expectations stated per cohort
  • Academic honesty — submitted work is yours; AI assistance follows the programme’s stated rules
  • Respectful conduct toward mentors and peers, per the code of conduct
  • Communication-channel rules (official channels, reasonable hours)

Thrive commits to

  • The published curriculum, delivered by the named instructor
  • Weekly feedback and recorded assessment against the rubric
  • Certificates stating exactly what was assessed — see programme pages
  • A complaints route: raise issues to the programme coordinator, escalate to management, receive a written response

The promises we refuse to make

No guaranteed jobs, income, clients, grades or internships — completion earns eligibility for the internship skills gate, never automatic progression. Any Thrive representative who promises otherwise is outside this policy; tell us and we will correct it.
