The last mile: deploy it, demo it, defend it.
For teams whose project exists but whose deployment, demo or defence is the risk. Focused, honest, late-stage help — within the same integrity boundaries as everything else we do.
Our mentorship promise — read this first
We do not sell ready-made final-year projects and we do not hide external authorship. We mentor your team through problem selection, architecture, implementation reviews, testing, deployment and presentation — so the final work remains yours. This boundary aligns with university assessment requirements and the Higher Education Commission’s plagiarism expectations. If you want someone to secretly build your project, we are the wrong service — deliberately. Full details: academic integrity policy.
A project that only runs on one laptop is a gamble.
Deployment coaching
- Environment configuration done with you, not for you
- Domains, SSL and production databases
- A backup and recovery note for the report
- A rollback story if the live demo misbehaves
Defence preparation
- Demo script with fallback plan
- Likely examiner questions for your specific project
- Mock defence with per-member technical questions
- Report structure and evidence coaching
- Known-limitations framing — honesty defends well
What this clinic is not
It is not a rescue service that finishes your code. If the build is genuinely incomplete, the assessment will say so, and the honest paths are re-scoping with your supervisor or defending what exists with clear limitations. Teams have passed on smaller-but-honest projects; nobody passes a viva on code they cannot explain.
Asked by most teams.
How late is too late?
If your defence is days away and the software does not run, no ethical service can fix that. If it runs but deployment, demo and question-handling are shaky, days can genuinely matter. The free assessment gives you a straight answer either way.
Do you attend the defence with us?
No — the defence is yours. We prepare you for it: mock sessions, question banks and demo rehearsal until each member can explain their own contribution.

Every engagement starts with a free assessment call: your university’s requirements, your team’s current level, your supervisor’s status and your deadline — then an honest answer about whether mentorship can genuinely help in the time left.
